      Advice for a Newb!!

Hey guys, This is my second post (As you can see i am new at this)

I am just about to try the CANWILD which is basically u set your alarm to wake you up about 6 hours after you fall asleep. Then once you are up, your alarm should be off by itself or someone shuts it off for you.

Then you just lay still and keep your eyes closed and trick your body into thinking your asleep so you go right into a dream being lucid.

The thing is though, I am not sure how to get into the dream. Should I just try to stay consious or imagine/visualize a specific place and then transition into it?

      Thanks everyone!

Just visualize, it will most likely happen very quickly.
Imagine a dream scene and your goal, you might appear in some random place, or you might be in your bed, just test it out and see what happens, it will most likely come natural when you get to the point of entering a dream.

Sort of... My lucid dreams occur in 2 phases: Normally after falling asleep I find myself floating in a dark, endless expanse; a void. Then as I become fully lucid I see the dream world "coming to life" like a big bang.

Just sit there and wait. Visualize the dream you want to have. It will start out chalky and look as if the dream was colored by crayon. But then details will form and you will be in a lucid dream! Good luck!
