      Hey guys. I'm new to this forum and I would like some advice. I am quite good at recognizing that I am dreaming and it happens about once a week. However, I can never get full control.

      Any advice?

      So you get lucid once a week? That's great! First of all, when you realize you are dreaming you need to stabilize it. You need to just stay still for a second and stimulate your senses. What do you see? Feel? Taste? Touch? Smell? Read this stabilization tutorial.

      Now that the dream is stabilized, control is all about confidence and what you expect. If you believe you can do something, you can. If you expect something to be there, it will be. This tutorial goes into more detail, and I really recommend you read it. Good luck!
