      Alors, on danse!

Hey, hey. A friend linked me to this forum today.

While I don't log my dreams or keep count (and I should start if I want to make progress ), I'm no stranger to lucid dreams and sleep paralysis. It just kind of... happens, but conscious control would be nice, yeah? I have some VERY surreal dreams if I DO remember them, and besides that, there's always the benefit of literally "sleeping on it".

Granted, they joke in high school that out of adequate sleep, good grades, and a social life, you can only pick two. I compromised sleep, but I'm trying to maintain more consistent sleep hygiene this year. It's a start! Nice to meet you all.

      Hey, welcome to Dreamviews

You're lucky that you can lucid dream naturally. I struggle with it quite a bit, even with regular reality checks, keeping a dream journal, and attempting various techniques. You'll probably get quite a bit better if you start doing reality checks and keeping a journal. It would be cool to hear about your dreams, if you ever feel like starting a dream journal on this site.
