      Talking Hello!

      Hiya, new guy here. I can already tell this forum is going to rock. Hope I can positively contribute.

      For now, a question: This morning I tried a WBTB, accompanied by some audio aids DL'd from this site, and a mantra ("Realize This Dream"). But as has happened before, I was unable to get back to sleep, and after an hour of restlessness, gave up. ): What part of the forum should I go to in order to get feedback about these kinds of problems?

      I had been awake for about 45 minutes, most of which time was spent reading through some of the induction techniques on this site.
