      Important question?

Hello, i am technically been on here for around half a year but active...say 2 weeks, after so many disruptions from my insane mom (Im not even kidding)
i am 14 btw, so ya i had to stop trying to become lucid, but now i wake up to a book of when i tried and it makes me feel like garbage by quitting, so anyways, if im 14, should that help or make it harder? and also, if i recall correctly i was lucid...? and anyways i spun and i wanted to go to another old dream i had where i was attacked my a croc to get revenge but when i spun it had a whirl effect then i woke up, sooo i need to find a way to get to that dream, what would you guys recommend

      Hello

The younger you are, the better so no worrys there.

I've never actually re-made an old dream while lucid so I wouldn't know how to do it to perfection but I guess you are supposed to visualize the dream and then "walking into it" by going through something, like a door, portal etc.

      Good luck!

I don't know. You tell me.

One idea would be to find your dream journal, get to the right dream, and then let the dream journal take you to that dream. Or you could try to imagine a picture in your dream journal, and then either extend that picture or jump right into it.

Hi! I'm glad you've finally decided to be active!

Age doesn't make a difference when it comes to lucid dreaming. As long as you are dedicated, work hard, and are confident you should be fine.

but when i spun it had a whirl effect then i woke up
If you wake up from a dream you could always try to DEILD and get right back into it. If you want to go back into an old dream and change the dream scene then check out my guide on changing your dream scene.

Also if you knew your were in a dream while dreaming, you were lucid! Even if it was just for a second!

Hope I could help you out a little! If you have any questions feel free to PM me
