      dream recall vitamin b6

      hi,

i would like to know if you can take vitamin b6 ( for dream recall) every night or if you need to take a break. i know taken at 100 mg it is safe but want to know if its powers for dream recall will diminish if taken every day. please tell me how often it should be taken.

      many thanks

      kenny.

you should use it every once in a while but you shouldn't be dependent on it. I'd suggest taking it about 3 times a week at the maximum on a normal basis. If you are new to dream recall you can use it to get a head start but you don't want to be dependent on it for dreams, you should maybe take smaller doses each week and try to ween yourself off of it while still having awesome dreams. I don't have any scientific data to back any of my claims up although...

Personally, i don't take any B6. I would imagine that taking it every day would definitely deminish it's affects after a certain period of time. I would probably take it only 2 times every week. Besides, don't you want to be able to use your recall naturally?

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

Your body will build up an immunity to it quickly. You can possibly interchange it with other focus-enhancers such as coffee.. then the trick is just falling asleep ; D

Personally I have used a sleep supplement with no real noticed difference to anything Dream related.

I have also tried mp3's etc designed to help.

I have taken more of a stance now to learn without the aid of supplements, This is so i know that all i need to depend on for an LD is myself

Could it be, so plain to see, the night is still so young for me.

Yeah just like the others said, don't take it too often. You will build up an immunity , and b6 has some bad side effects if you take too much.
