How can i make more time to learn to LD every day?

hi im from Marlboro, New Jersey and ive been interested in lucid dreaming for about a year and a half, but its been a while since i had a short lucid "experience." i usually tend to remember my dreams mostly on weekends but sometimes i have trouble remembering my dreams during the week. between middle school during the week, it can be hard to find time to learn and practice lucid dreaming. i actually have been remembering some parts of my dreams this week so i think if i really set my mind to it then i could have good results soon. anyway, is there any way i could focus on lucid dreams even during the week?

ps. about the short lucid "experiences" part, i have gone lucid in a dream a few times before like last year in the spring, but only for a short amount of time though. the experiences did feel good though like i was in control.

      Hi United!

It would be really helpfull, if you could bring your recall up not only on weekends, but also on weekdays. You can either write your dreams as you wake up from them at night, or get up little earlier and take a few minutes to write them then. I know it's hard if you have a busy lifestyle, but remembering your dreams is essential.

There is a bunch of great tutorials in DV Wiki on different induction techniques. Pick one and practice. In general, DILD is easier to start with. Have fun and post any questions. Happy dreams

      Hey,
Yeah recall needs to be at least one a night to have any decent results, but there is much more improvement that can happen. So yeah I'd begin working on a DJ or at least going over the dreams when you wake up. As for the control, well done, it is quite a difficult skill to grasp.
