Smile ...! I emerge from the depths of the internet.

      Hi, I'm Sara.
I've lurked this site for about a year now and was too shy or careless to bother producing any input, yet here I am. I guess I just need a warm welcome to motivate me and will be very happy if someone would go out of their way to do that for me.
I'd tell you about myself, but I'm rather uncomfortable to do so regardless of the fact that I'm on the internet...

A year is a long lurking period. I'm glad you finally registered!

I understand not wanting to give away too much information online. It's never bad to be a little cautious. How about you tell us your experiences with lucid dreaming instead? How'd you find DV? Did you start reading DV for the lucid dreaming threads, or maybe dream interpreting? If you've had LDs, would you be comfortable sharing your favorite LD so far? What is your favorite animal? Mine is the hippo.

I hope you enjoy your stay, milady.

I was introduced to lucid dreaming 2 weeks ago by my older brother. The all idea to become a dream astronaut is wonderful: this was my dream when I was a child.
Let's say I'm still practising, but I hope I will find some useful information here.
I love cats since... always! But I have a dog: its name is Birillo, a cute little bastard.

And thank you! I look forward to posting more

So textina, your dog was born out of wedlock?

Hi, and welcome by the way.
There are plenty of tips and articles on this site which you may already be aware of already.
My main advice is to keep a daily dream journal so that you can build up your recall skills, as well as, recognising common themes, or dreamsigns that are familiar to you.
Pick a technique that suits you and your lifestyle.

      As Caenis says - enjoy!
