I think I have been doing this for a long time

I feel I have been able to control my dreams for several years now
I know since I have been 4 or 5 I have been able to remember them
not until I was 13 or 14 was I able to control them.

I thought nothing of it and decided everyone performed outragous tasks in thier dreams.
Until now I only used it to escape nightmares.

One dream was of zombies attacking me. I realized it was a dream and literally jumped into the sky and made the entire landscape into flowers where ever I landed. after that all I could remember was that when I hit the ground I could not stick to the ground or land. Suddenly I was expierincing the sensation of falling a long distance. It felt so real I woke up in a cold sweat.

I remember that one dream was of my grandmothers home in the forest. I could remeber running through the rustling thicket so vividly and the sound the leaves made then I touched them. I even saw my grandfather who has been dead for several years. I could still recognise his voice and his face and his activities. When I realized I was dreaming everything immeadiatly stopped like it froze. then I woke up for school.

A similar dream was one of me apologizing to my childhood pet. He could speak perfect english. One last day on earth but I cant remember much after that.

The most recent was of every one I knew including my freind who was a black belt in karate turning into vampires. I was being swarmed by fimilair faces when I felt my heart start racing and I pushed them away with a flick of a finger. I could remember how much I didnt want to comit to what they said about being one of them. I crushed them with my hard breathe. all I could smell is that of rotting meat and old eggs. then I was alone.

can you tell me how this can happen more often.

      Im quite new to this

      I also have another question
does lucid dreaming have anything to do with you were playing a game over the internet that youve never heard and the next morning finding that game on the internet, playing it as though it were the same game, and (kicker) some one saying you were on the other night at 2:30 am when you woke 4 hors later.

ok I never knew what lucid dreaming was until about a day ago (still quite unclear also) I think I do it alot but I havent a clue. I never kept a journal. when I dream something I can remember it all the way into the evening hours. usually I dont take control of a dream I know is a dream unless something happens out of the ordinary (like directing a play)

I can say one dream was of a boy in a big land of unicorns and bubbles but when I saw a buzzing volcano I kind of made it vanish. and forgot about the rest.

I am a very pleasnt person with very few inhibiting ideals. I usually dont get alot of lucid dreams. but when I do I usually dont do much with them.

the whole thing about reality checks I know very well. I have a very funny expeirince with needing one while in an extremely vivid dream in the wrong place to have one.

anything else you can tell me would be news.
