      Question Supernatural Dreams-.-.-.

I have began having intense lucid-style dreams about the supernatural. When I say Lucid-style, I mean that they are extremely vivid & sensitive
although I don't feel control at all in these dreams.

In every dream I have that relates to this topic, it is something invisible, holding me up in the air, throwing me or pulling me. Sometimes I feel these beings are malevolent but others I believe just want to play around. But either way, I'm terrified in the dream. I keep trying to pull myself together but I can't.

Basically I would like to see if anyone else has had the somewhat recurring dreams with this type of the supernatural. Usually when I hear people say supernatural they are referring to wizards or vampires or something along that line. But I feel this is a whole new category.

If any of you don't have these dreams but still could offer an idea of your theory to why I might have these dreams would help as well.

      <-.-.-!

I am definitely aware of everything. I know that I'm dreaming & I know that I can control it. But I just can't. It's like it's too powerful for me to control-

By the way welcome to DV!

That sounds really weird. I know that there are many layers of lucidity. You are probably on a low layer because your sub-conscience believes that these "beings" can control you. I think that when you realize that you can control everything there won't be a problem. Maybe say a mantra before you go to bed telling yourself that you are in control.

That's a really good idea! I actually did say a mantra for quite a while but I didn't keep up with it regrettably.

Thanks for the welcome & good feedback!

Hopefully it works for you! How often do you become lucid? Does this happen to you only when you become lucid?

Hi there, I get these all the while. Lots of people say "sleep paralysis" and it's the hallucinations to, but to be honest, I think there's a little more to them than that. In these you are totally aware, you know you are dreaming and no matter what you do you can't stop this thing ((which I can never see just feel)) from dragging you, throwing you around your bed, throwing you against your wall etc..yes it may be SP but I believe there's more to them. Never has ths thing spoke to me but the last one it did and said "it doesn't matter what you do, I'm gonna fuckin ave you, you can't get away you know" or something similar to those words. Check my dream journal under lucid dreams, that ones there somewhere. There is nothing more terryfying in this world!!

Oh wow!! this seems really similar to me. Mine are the same in the sense that you can never see them, but just feel them. That is so terrifying.
I will definitely check out your DreamJournal!

Setting aside supernatural dreams, I've lucid dreamed probably about 15 times. Not much, but enough to know what's going on. That's what is actually so frustrating about these supernatural dreams... It's like that I Know how to handle the situation, but I just can't. Apparently I'm not prepared, haha

Dear Creepy Lady, two days ago I posted this thread. http://www.dreamviews.com/f19/do-not...alisis-138976/

I had and continue to have similar experiences during SP, the last one jus 4 days ago. Do not fight those weird sensations, just ignore them.
