      Dedicated to becoming awesome!

      Thought that would be a good introduction

      I've had very good luck my whole life at remembering my dreams and there have been occasions where I could control my body as well. I'm now 36 yrs old and just finding out about Lucid Dreaming. You'd think I lived under a rock or something.

      Any advice for someone who is highly dedicated to exploring how far I can go with Lucidity and my dreams? Maybe techniques that you wouldn't normally suggest to a beginner? I have started a journal, and am doing reality checks frequently during my awake life.

      Indeed, you are lucky about having good dream recall. That is for lucid dreamer quite important.

      DILD technique is usually recommended to start with. Another major technique is WILD. And it never hurts to read up on DEILD as well, as you may easily find yourself in situation when that will come in handy.

      Welcome Chris! Great to have you here. I don't feel like many people know about lucid dreaming so I wouldn't feel so bad just finding out. Lucid dreamers are minority.
