      fever, recurring dreams, need help

      Hello i am new here.
I dont remember my dreams after sleep that often.

Yet i have had the same dream over and over as an kid.

I must say i had very much problems with fevers as an child, so i
think it might relate to that.
The recurring dream i saw as an child, was:
I was in the middle of an old classic ballroom
and everyone was looking at me, while they whore white eye masks.
And the ballroom was spinning, yet i was in the centre.
I still know my feeling that i had when i had this dream
i was pretty damned scared, with the whole room in silence
and spinning around me, while they looked at me.

I dont think it was something seen on tv or what.
because of my age, it was the muppetshow and then of to bed.

So i hope dearly that someone here can give me some
      clarification on those dreams.

Recurring dreams are not an uncommon thing. You seem to be feeling some kind of anxiety based around the dream but it is nothing to be worried about at all. It is your own creation after all. You may use this recurring dream as a trigger for becoming lucid and take control of it if you are still having this dream so you have to focus on the positives

      thanks for your answer

Well from what i can remember, is that i didn't have had any control
just that profound feeling of being looked at, and being the centre of it all.
yet it was without any emotion since they whore masks.

now i dont have this dream anymore, yet i find it strange why i did have had that dream
and very often the same one.

Still if any one here nows more on the meaning of an ballroom, incognito persona`s, while being the centre of it all. than please..

That's very interesting! Because I also used to get the same reoccurring dream as a child right before I would get sick, but no longer get this dream.

In my dream, there was a Totoro like creature in the middle, just its head, opening its mouth very wide again and again in a spiraling like motion that was very repetitive and frustrating. Then toys would fall to the floor and I had to pick them all up. I also had a feeling of my back being against a plank during this dream.

I think there's a similarity of frustrating, spinning and repetition in both of our dreams that might've signified that our bodies were sick before we knew it.

This is just my interpretation because I don't know much about you so you can tell me whether or not this sounds accurate:
You mention that this dream makes you uneasy because everybody is looking at you in the center of the ballroom. I take it that you do not enjoy being the center of attention so it would make sense that it would make you anxious. You also mention that they are all wearing the same white masks - Could this be a representation of how you see people around you? They all wear the same mask trying to fit in and stare at you, the maskless, because you are different. Do you suffer from social anxiety or were you ever bullied as a child? It could have just been your fears manifesting in your dreams.

I'm not entirely sure why it would happen when you had a fever though.
