      Jareds120's Workbook.

      Hi, my name is Jared and I am currently attending college. I have been meditating for a while now and recently started trying to work on Lucid Dreaming, although I have only had one Lucid Dream since I started. If you have any tips for me please post them, I could really use the help! I am unsure as to what else I should put in this.

      You've put in the title "workbook", do you know that we actually have classes (free) where you can start your own workbook and track your progress there. It's neatly organized with lessons and feedback from tutors. You can do this in the Dreamviews Academy (DVA). I'm including a link below plus a nice link about induction techniques. If you have any questions, let us know.
