      Hello all

      Well I've been a member of this forum for about 2 or 3 months, and I thought id like to introduce myself. I'm Jake and I'd consider myself a pretty dedicated person. I've been attempting to lucid dream since about the beginning of december with little luck. I dream journal, try methods such as wild, wbtb, etc. Usually I go to bed intending on becoming lucid naturally, but with no results. My dreams have become more vivid since I've put so much focus on them. Any tips or suggestions would be great!

      Welcome to real life! (otherwise known as lucidity) Check out the links that gab suggested. I would also recommend starting a workbook in the intro class. I would also check out the SSILD technique: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...eam-ssild.html. Many people have found success using this method.
