      I'm just wondering, what exactly do you mean when you say you want to work with a DV guide? Like you want to work with one of the tutorials? Haha it's just a bit confusing the way you phrased it, that's all.

      Oh yes - it came out a bit funny I spose what I meant was that I would like to work with one of the dv guides yes - I am a bit slow on the uptake . So looking for guidance yes :thanks - do I need to start a work book first etc- I am not used to forums and thanks for the Welcome

      Oh okay, great!

      There are a couple classes you could join, if you haven't had much experience with lucid dreaming, then the DILD or Introduction classes might be well suited for you. And yea, you basically just have to start a workbook there and introduce yourself, it's all explained in the 'sticky' threads.
