Returning long-time user looking for interesting methods of attaining lucidity!

Hello there! I have been a semi-frequent user of dreamviews.com for what's getting close to a decade now. Recently, I have started a YouTube channel on various mind hacks and studying/memory techniques. A few of my videos have touched on lucid dreaming. Currently I am looking for some good info on novel ways of attaining vivid dreams and lucidity such as supplements and REM-rebound while doing some brush-up research for an upcoming video.

So on that introductory note, would anyone be so kind as to point me to some methods of attaining lucidity they find particularly unique? I will crawling these forums myself as well, but if anyone has something they want to share with other it would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers, I look forward to growing in these forums with you my fellow oneironauts!

Yeah check out Self Awareness if you haven't already. Also, alot of fellow oneironauts like Critical Awareness too, so check that out as well. As for supplements, look at 5-HTP, B6, B12, Alpha-GPC, Galantamine, and L-Theanine. A few specific supplements are: DreamLeaf and Lucidimine. DreamLeaf specifically targets REM-Rebound while Lucidimine waits until about 6 hours into sleep where your REM cycles are longer, but you can take it at bed time with not as good results.

By the way, what is your Youtube channel?

"If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we'd accomplish." ~Joel Brown
"Your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are, but you are responsible for who you become." ~Darren Hardy

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
