      Smile My Introduction!!

Hi all, this is my introduction to this site. My name is Cade and I'm 14 years old, recently heard about Lucid Dreaming but I never really realized the true potential/power that it entails. One goal I have is to have a conversation with my subconscious. I read stories about lucid dreaming experiences and am thoroughly amazed at what the mind can do/create. This is my 3rd day into LD research, still haven't had one yet but I'm ok with that. On my first day I tried FILD without any success and last night I simply attempted a DILD, both days I had been performing reality checks frequently, and the second night I watched a subliminal message video and listened to some binaural beats as I went to sleep. Today (the 3rd day) I have even made a conscious effort to include more Vitamin B6 in my diet. I'm fully committed to having a Lucid Dream, however long that may take! One huge problem I have encountered is that I simply cannot recall ANY dreams I've had over the past few days, so I'm trying to improve my recall more. Wish me luck tonight!

Hey, I'm also a beginner and a very heavy sleeper. I had a horrible time with dream recall. One thing that helped me GREATLY, before i go to bed I set an alarm for 4.5 hours and then every 90 mins after that. With luck these should wake you up during your dreams so you can lay and recall them and write down before returning to bed. After doing this every day for a while I started to do it naturally. You also could attempt trying a DEILD instead of writing down. I haven't had any success with this yet.
      Hope this helps!
