      Hi :)

      Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum.
      I've been practicing lucid dreaming for around 4 months now. I've had many lucid dreams over this period i have achieved the most of them with SSILD. Lately i've been trying the MILD technique but i still have some issues with it but i hope i'll get it soon.
