      Hi

      My name is Aaron. I've recently become very interested in lucid dreaming. I read about lucid dreamings potential to change your waking like and help you rehearse for waking like. One area in my life that i am seriously lacking is my love life. I am a 22 year old student and to date never really had a real girlfriend. I generally don't have any trouble talking to women however when it comes time to make a move I freeze, and always have. Its as if i have some sort of mental block. My aim is to be able to practice these situations in lucid dreams so i can resolve my mental block. Another method i have read about would be to also directly communicate with this mental block to release it via a lucid dream. I hope that during my time here that I can learn loads and I am open to any help and suggestions that anyone here would like to share. Thank you for reading my introduction and happy dreaming

      I've had some great results from practicing waking life skills in lucid dreams, especially increasing my confidence in situations where I tend to panic.
