Just joined today - found this site through google looking for information on Lucid Dreaming. I've had lucid dreams in the past but very sporadic and I would like to learn the best ways to make this more regular. Looking forward to joining the discussion here and learning from you all |

Welcome to the forum and enjoy your stay! With practice and time the amount and quality of your lucids will increase. Learn well and don't hesitate to ask if you have anything in mind |

Kinda, having had 474 lucids in just under 4 years. I have the general(techniques) and a bit deeper(mindset) knowledge of what it takes to have somewhat consistent lucid dreams ( averaging 2-5/w currently myself ). If you're looking for a place to get guidance and consistent help from experienced members, I would suggest checking out the Dreamviews Academy. The teachers there have a lot of knowledge about every technique and how to set the proper minset for lucid dreaming! I pop in there every now and then as well. |
