Another new dreamer

Sort of doing things backward here.. I've already posted a dream in the Dream Journal area.

Anyhow, I joined last night after having been reading some random posts over the two previous days.

I'm male, 38, work in information security (which is more interesting than it sounds). In addtion to dream work I practice aikido and enjoy reading, cooking, hiking and listening to music.

On and off over the last couple years I'd worked on my dream recall, but never really kept with it. After a very busy summer this year I decided to make a more concerted effort to work on my recall, as well as to try to analyze my dreams and become lucid in them. My recall is almost up to a dream a night, there always seems to be a night or two a week where I don't remember any, and occasionally I'll remember more than one.

I would recommend keeping a DJ, b/c they can really help w/recall! If you want to, you may start one here in the Dream Journal thread!
