Well this is the reason for sleep paralysis, much better to not be able to move in real world then thrashing about in bed beating up someone else in it. |

well I'm new here, not sure if this is where I post a question. I had a dream I was being eaten by an unknown Creature. it started with my left thigh big chunk taken out of it. I thought it was over. don't remeber seeing blood. but then these little creatures came rushing back and started going at me on my chest. My wife said I woke up kind of convulsions and screaming get them off of me. I finally actually woke up. apologized to her. she asked what happened and I started to cry and said I don't know.(I didn't want her to know) then I started crying, and couldn't go back to sleep. I am actually writing this right after ithe happened. still in tears everytime I think about it. please help with anything |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
What you experienced is called REM behavior disorder. This is when REM atonia that keeps you from moving while dreaming ends too early. |
