My understanding is the first two sleep cycles have have deep sleep but after that there is no deep sleep and R.E.M. Becomes more prevalent. So one idea is to wake up just before the beginning of a R.E.M. Stage. Get your mind alert and use that alertness to meditate on an object while falling back asleep. |

Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
Lately I've been waking up before my alarm. So my cycles are are a little less then ninety minutes. I got to get use to waking up before and after the R.E.M. Cycle. |
