      HI MY NAME IS IGUESS AND Ive been interested in this site for 1 day

      HI all so I discovered this site through a google question. What happens to our existence after death and after reading a crazy heated thread on it I decided to join this community. Now I am looking towards lucid dreaming and dream yoga. So If anyone has tips or where I should start that would be great.
      Some things id like to state . With my dreams Ive always been able to remember them vividly and some dreams I can remember back from a few years ago. Images and certain smells are what trigger these rememberences though. I dont know if that info is nessacary but yes that is all and I look forward to any and all help

      I wonder if that's my thread about non-spiritual reincarnation? That one was quite a doozy. And yes, smells are closely associated with memory. As are physical sensations. I find sometimes as I lay I bed, especially back when I used to have stomach problems and I'd experience a certain type of low-level stomach discomfort, it would suddenly and inexplicably bring up memories, often of old and completely forgotten dreams.

      If you hang around long enough, you might see another one of these...as long as I get enough time on my hands to type some interesting thoughts on this.

      In the meantime, feel free to browse all the other cool stuff we have here.

      As far as starting is concerned, the first step would be to get a dream journal, paper, digital, both - we have some place here on DV as well. Start by writing down as much as you can remember, with enough info patterns will begin to emerge and it will also help understand your dreamworld.
      Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.

      Thanks will do I feel like Ive found this weird yet awesome place haha I didnt know this site existed and people were also interested in these topics. Ive been recording my dreams in notes for about 2 years now haha
