      Hi I'm new

      Hi, I'm new to this forum, and am excited in learning more about lucid dreaming, because Im really interested in it. I'm good friends with RedStarSoldier and he told me about this site. Last night I was sleeping at his house, we tried all kinds of things hoping to meet in each others dreams. We meditated and stuff, and finally just feel asleep. My first time... I had two false awakenings. first, I woke up in my bed at my house and looked at my alarm clock and freaked out because I thought I had school. Then I woke up downstairs on the floor at my house and turned the t.v. on to see the time, I freaked out again cause I thought I had school, and I remember being dissapointed that it was thursday ( it's wednesday). So my question is... Is there any tips that you guys could give me to get further into my dreams? Thanks a lot

      3rd, Doing Reality checks, keeping a dream journal, etc that sorta stuff. After a while it should work.

      2. Search online for articles and sites about lucid dreaming.

      3. Buy Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. It's useful and cheap.

      2. Read profundly the Senseless banter forum, its a good way to start

      3. Do not chew valarian root if you have not eaten your vegetables!!!!!!
