      Confused... how's lucid dreaming begin?

Is it like, first ya go to sleep and wait until a dream pops up? Eh, I usually find out that it's morning at that point. For some reason, every time I try to lucid dream, it gets harder to do it.

I'm not sure what the question is, but here is some short advice that i can give...if you need any more specifics...just ask.

Set your alarm clock for 5 hours after you fall to sleep, then in 90 minute intervals...because these are REM periods. Right when you wake up, DO NOT MOVE, write down anything you remember, or anything you feel. Keep a dedicated dream journal. Try to recognize dream signs, and when you wake up, do an RC.

Read the TUTORIAL section, and check out this book:

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge

lucid dreaming begins while dreaming. all it requires is you realizing you are dreaming. this can happen spontaneously, or you can train yourself to do so. the main site itself, and the tutorial section, can guide you in training yourself to induce lucid dreams.
Each new day is a chance to turn it all around.

It is nice to know that we have a big cheese who cares about the newbies.

i try to, but i don't seem to actually do it very often. that's kind of why i have mods and a newbie welcomer. helps the board out quite a lot.

That would be a gadget I would definitely pay a bunch of money to get...It would just make everything so much easier, plus it would be cool to relive your dreams that way...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
