      I told myself I was gonna get lucid even if it meant paralysis. Well I was laying there and felt the paralysis after I fell asleep I was sayin in my head "hurry up, hurry up" whilst trying to "roll" out of my body. I don't believe astral projection is anything but another dream. Anyways, I rolled out of my body and was still in my house and I looked at my body on the couch (weird feeling btw), but then it changed into someone elses house. Well I thought to myself "I'm gonna fly outta here and go check out some stuff. " I couldn't get passed the ceiling or windows! Next time I'll try using the doors since my confidence was lacking to much to go thru the ceiling(even though I could fly... go figure) LOL! This is astral (however it's spelled) projection right?

      Depends what you believe.
      If you believe in AP - then it sounds like an OBE.
      If you don't then it was a dream where you dreamt you were looking at your body and believed you couldn't pass through the walls etc..

      Nobody can really say for sure either way...
      Personally I keep an open mind but tend to to think OBE's are a kind of LD.
