      "Help" is the right word.

      Hello, everyone

Im visiting that place from a long time. Just reading advices and so.. Deaming is so strange and attractive, the attractiveness makes it so beautifull. I love it, its like a fairy-tale. But ive met a problem.. I saw so many places, and everyone are so dark and repressing. I love lucid dreaming, Im feeling it like a way, just a way to something.. Im occupying with that from a long time and I didn't saw a beatiful place, never found it.
Im worried, I said I love it, but my brain shows me so .. Brutal places..
Im asking the experienced, please help me.. I want to see the other part of dreaming.

[Im sorry for the bad english, its not my first language.]

Are you saying that your lucid dreams are depressing? Because if they are, spinning your dream body, with the image of a happy place in your mind, you should be at a happy place. However, if you're talking about nightmares (bad normal dreams), then you should find a common element in all of your bad dreams and use it as a dream sign. If you become lucid in a nightmare, you can usually confront the nightmare and defeat it.

"Are you saying that your lucid dreams are depressing?"

Yes, my lucid dreams are depressing and I can't handle with the problem. Ive tried some ways, its strange, the place I imagine is the place I've met, but something makes it oppressing, Its not the place I wanted to see. It seems my brain plays games with me and Im still inexperienced to handle with them.

"Are you saying that your lucid dreams are depressing?" "However, if you're talking about nightmares (bad normal dreams)"

Im just curious, why my mind creates such places, how can I hold something like that..

Try to go for walks in life, just...appreciate the area as you walk, how complex and beautiful everything is, this was GREAT advice passed to me from gothlark, it really helped me dreams. Also, if you are lucid in them, and they are STILL depressing, try to whistle a happy song, or ask a DC to make the scene happy (you will be supprised by what they can do)

      and happy dreams.
