      Blur (not vivid) Lucid Dream

First, I'm sorry for my very poor English

I had some (probably) lucid dreams during this 2-3 month.
One of them occured after I practiced FILD (+-at 03:00 AM). About 20 secs after FILD I realized that I was dreaming. I woke up, opened my bedroom door and went to toilet.
I was very aware that I was dreaming but the environment seemed blur and dark.
In toilet I did some jumps to check my senses during dream. And after +-1/2 min in LD, I decided to wake up. I thought if it was true I was dreaming, after wake up I must be in my bed room not in the toilet.
Then I woke up in my bed, so I think it must be an LD

Another dream just happened last night.
I had this without do any induction technique.
I forget most of the detail but I still remember, that I was aware in that dream.
But the scene was not very real (strange location, unusual people in unusual place/scene, etc) but vivid enough.
(This unreal scene is one factor made me lazy to write this to my journal beside I was too lazy to write them last night)

My question is, how can I increase my vividity and reality in the dream?
Why I was aware enough in the dream, realized that I was dreaming, but sometimes unaware (in the dream) to some strange or unusual people/place/scene etc in the dream?

      Thanks very much.

Summon or find a pair of glasses. Or just yell out "More Clarity" or something like that.

Rub your hands together. I used this in a dream the other night, and it drastically increased the detail.

      Thanks for quick reply
BTW, I'm sorry if I am careless post this thread without check the similar thread before. I will not redo that again

But thanks for your good advices.
I will try them if I 've LD next time.

I'm new to LD. I know LD from googling about 3 months ago.
It looks too good to be true, until I experienced this my self some weeks ago for first time
      (although they're not very vivid/real).

Until now, I still sometimes hard to believe how can this amazing phenomenon could really happen

      Thank you.

Hello and welcome to Dream Views.

Keep practicing. Your dreams will become more vivid and you'll learn more control with more experience.

And check out the dream scene. Sometimes a little appreciation for the world that exists within can really anchor you in dream.

Good luck with all your future lucid dreams.

popung, I still feel the same way after a very vivid lucid dream!

To increase your dream's vividness, I recommend getting used to what being lucid FEELS like by grounding yourself in your dreams.

I know when I first become lucid, I have to fight that initial rush of adrenalin. I do this by telling myself to calm down, breathing naturally (or a little slower) and I try to "ground" myself in the dream (i.e., make it as lucid as it can be) instead of immediately racing to do something before I lose lucidity.

One of the tricks I use to "ground" myself is to "touch" things. By touching.. I mean really "feeling" them. Get into how they feel.. are they hot, cold, smooth, rough, etc. (this also increases the vividness of the dream along with helping me remain in it longer).

You may also try to increase your vividness by confidently stating aloud "increase lucidity" or "clarity now".

Just remember that "the deeper the level of lucidity.. the better your lucid experience should be"

Oh, and welcome to Dream Views!

Your english was just fine to read. Don't worry about it.

As stated above, rubbing your hands together, spinning around, or demanding verbal clarity works.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.
