Thread: Was this SP?

I had SP, but I didn't know about LD back then, it scared the crap out of me that I couldn't move. And I was literally chocking, but then I would move my toe, and I could move, so I fall a sleep again. Then this was a continue loop through out the whole night, lol.

Very close, it was definitely your body starting to shut down. But just FYI, you can't lucid dream when you first go to bed at night for you don't go into REM at that time.
