For a couple years now I haven't had a dream. Even if I don't try to dream, dreams never come. I am very relaxed when I sleep and I just found out of lucid dreaming and would like to be able to do it. I know it may not be easy but, I have had a couple lucid dreams. I was able to control it, for the whole night in till my alarm woke me up. Though when I was controlling the would be only about 15 seconds then it would move on to the next scene, and would keep on going till I would be awoken. I remember that my first lucid was right after I was playing "Clue" the computer version with every one killing each other and I can still see it vibrantly in my mind. I could run away but then I would walk into the next room someone dies.... the next room someone dies.... I could only control my physical movements and I could not talk or hear. My second and last dream and last lucid dream was when I had a sex fantasy with one of the girls in my class. She only came over once couple times for a science project, and on the last day she every came to my house I had a lucid dream that night. This time I could not only control my physical action but also could speak and hear in a couple scenes that would only last a couple of seconds only a little more in other scenes. I could actually feel physically inside and outside. I would like to apply lucid dreaming to my everyday life in tennis now. In general I miss dreaming and would like to learn how to dream almost consistently and lucid dreaming,I know it may be very hard but I would like to be willing to try. |

Welcome to Dream Views! When our lives get really busy and stressful, our dreams can take a spot in the back burner. What you need to do is start a dream journal. Get a notebook and a pen next to your bedside, and whenever you wake up, write down ANYTHING you can remember about your dream, even if it is just a feeling. Also, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each and every night, even on the weekends, and also make sure your getting eight hours of sleep. If you do these things, you will start to recall your dreams with in a week or two. Try it out |

Actually, EVERYONE has 3-4 dreams a night, they just don't remember most of them. I promise you are still having dreams. Start a Dream Journal, and you might remember them! |
