      New Again.

      Hey there. I use to have lucid dreams, but for a year or two I've gotten so busy with work. I already know how to induce them, but I need help with dream recall which is down next to nothing.

      The best advice I have for dream recall is to keep a dream journal, but I get the feeling you already knew that, seeing as you know how to induce lucid dreams.
