lol, Anju. Serious? My step-daughter is like that. I egg it on though and send her FB pics of spiders and stuff. Gotta toughen that girl up a bit when it comes to creepy crawlies

Rave: I took a long nap yesterday and woke up de-loopified. I couldn't fall asleep until 3:30AM but I still woke up at 8:30
Rave: I slept fairly well. My temp was normal throughout the night thanks to my space heater and the 30 degree temp
Rave: My neck is MUCH better. Not 100% yet. More like 90... but a VAST improvement. Yesterday I discovered the exact spot. The soreness is the tendon behind/below my ear reaching toward my collarbone. It was most sore near my ear. I moved the med patch to that area so I wonder if it's the reason for feeling better or if the injury has just run its course.

Rave: so far, the B vitamins have worked wonderfully for my toes. I still need to wait about 1 1/2 weeks longer to see if this is just my placebo/honeymoon phase or true help

Rant: (Y'all knew there HAD to be at least one, right? ) My Smurfs game reset itself to level 1 last night I have spent an obscene amount of real money on that game. I REALLY hope the issue is resolved. Starting over wouldn't be TOO bad. The makers always compensate nicely with smurfberries ("real" money). Except I bought the anti-wither machine for $20 (cash only purchase) in TWO areas. I don't think they can reimburse that. $40. down the drain? I might actually rage-quit if it comes to that.

The page previous to this talk about the new chat (old one broke or something).

DV running really slow for anyone else?

Rave: I finally remembered the steps to restore my Smurfs Village *whew*
Rave: P-doc said exactly what I knew he'd say. Why do I even need to pay to see him anymore? I know him so well after this past decade or so that I have conversations with him in my head all the time as it is He's like my Jimminy Cricket, or the Angel sitting on my shoulder

Rant: I'm ready for bed, but have to pick the girls up in little over an hour. Blah.

Rave-ish: My daughter-in-law gave me her new Chinese iPhone clone. She JUST got it and upgraded to something else today It has data and everything. It is a bit glitch though. Or I'm just doing something wrong. A phone's a phone though and it does have a lot of bells and whistles. It's definitely nicer than my Tracphone (which is no longer keeping a charge).
I'm even going to try to sync my Fitbit up to it. I'm waiting to do too much just yet. She still has to delete a bunch of her old stuff.

Is the economy so bad that no one can afford puppies anymore? The girls want to take the last 3 to the pound on the way to work today. It's a HIGH RATE KILL SHELTER! In the Pounds defense, they kept one of the girls dogs for 4 months. They have a fB page and everything. But it costs $60. to adopt from the pound. If no one can afford $30. from us, how will they afford $60. Then again, they have more visibility than us.
Every time Destinee posts the pups on FB groups, the posts get deleted (even when they're pet pages).

BUT, the house reeks of urine. It even entered my dreams last night.
AND, we're up to some 21 cats. Ms. Molly and her 2 babies; Pumpkin and her 3 babies; Mojo and at least 1 baby; Squirmy and her 3 sickly babies; Ash, Ghost, M&M, Mew, Cazi, Bully Boy, Simon, and sometimes Chico and RoRo. 2 of the sickly babies will probably die but that's still a ridiculous amount of animals. The cats stay outside for the most part, but when they come in, they disregard the litter boxes too

Spay and Neuter, people, or this can happen to you too.

Rave: Keirra is finally getting seen by a vet today. It's just a checkup for her ears today, and to check on a payment plan to get her nails trimmed, spayed, shots etc.

Rave: My neck was almost at 100% yesterday. It went down to about 95% last night and I woke up with at around 94%. I didn't use those Ben-gay patches yesterday. I think they help a lot, so I'll wear them again today and tonight.

Rant-ish: That Clone phone is janky as all get out. You can't update the Google Play store so Snap Chat wont work. iTunes doesn't work at all. When you're in a phone call, you can't bring up the keypad. The audio quality isn't the greatest.
BUT, it was free (for me) and still functions as a phone plus I added a bunch of good stuff on it that didn't need the updated playstore.

Rave: A Nesquik FB rep got right back to me re a question I posted. They process the milk at ultra high temps which preserves it quality and I CAN store them outside the fridge even though I buy them chilled. Still sounds weird as heck and I don't understand how high temps can make MILK live longer, but hey, I got my answers I can now buy them in bulk and just refrigerate them as I need them.

Frustration: I STILL have 6 months of laundry to do. In between store runs, taxi runs, appointments, kids appointments, hubby, laziness, lack of motivation.... I finally have almost completely run out of stuff to wear. I'm currently wearing a skirt that's 3 sizes too big and I have one of my good outfits hanging up. That's it. I have 3 pairs of underwear but no socks.
FRUSTRATION: I STILL have to clean my room.

Rant? I developed an occasional cough yesterday. Today I woke up coughing up phlegm. Is it allergies because of this disgusting house or am I catching yet another cold? Or is it just a passing thing that wont bother me anymore?

Blah, blah. BLEC and My life in a nutshell

Yesterday was an absolute nightmare. I started crying as we were walking out the door to the house. A couple tears were still falling in the car. Paula (daughter-in-law) doesn't know that I DISPISE people seeing me cry. She asked if I was okay, then leaned forward to look at my face She then changed her mind about taking her pup, Tater, to the Pound. She wanted to call off the entire trip because it upset me, but I told her it was necessary and I'd be okay.
I grabbed the sickliest kitten to take him in too. I don't have it in me to kill another cat and at the Pound, they'll give him meds and if he doesn't get better, they'll put him down more humanely.

We carry all the animals instead of using the drop box (an enclosed kennel inside a shed-type thing). The lady gave us paper work, then gave all the animals a shot. The animals didn't even flinch lol, but the girls did. the lady then asked if the mm was a Pit Bull and alarm bells went off. I asked: "Y'all don't have a policy against Pit Bulls, do you? They wont be put down because of it?" She replied. "This is a kill shelter. We don't need a policy to put down animals and can do so at any time."
Then she asked if I was cleaning the kittens eyes and I told her I used baby wipes mostly, with a little alcohol in it. She told me to start using boric acid instead and said if the infection is allowed to fester, it would eat the eyeball.
I got emotional, talking about the cats and she said making them healthy just encourages them to breed.

She then disappeared into the animal area. She had us put the pups in an isolation room, then told us to leave the paperwork on the table, that she needed nothing else from us. I knew then that I had upset her.
The girls were fuming because the woman had been so "rude" and cold. I told them to see things from her perspective. How many irresponsible pet owners show up with crocodile tears or callousness to give up their animals? How many animals has she gotten attached to just to have them put down? I'd be cold too. WE ARE irresponsible pet owners. It's only right to take the coldness and rudeness that come our way.

I got the girls to work, came home, vegged a bit, then I got Kierra into the shower with me. She howled like a big scaredy baby but enjoyed it and didn't fight me once she was inside (the shower is a JUST a shower with sliding doors).

Then we got to the vet A woman with 2 huge dogs was getting things ready to leave. I looked over and said "Uh oh!" (like you do with little kids) It got the owners attention and she looked where I was looking. One of the dogs took a HUGE crap She was very apologetic, especially about the smell. I laughed and said "We're all dog owners here. We understand."
Then he had more accidents on the way outside. Everyone was scrambling to clean everything and to remove floor mats.

40 minutes later, the vet sees us. Kierra did amazingly. She got right onto the scale. She weighs 74 pounds We got into the room and the Vet's looking at her, asked about her disposition and I said she's fine unless you touch her feet. He decided to muzzle her just to be safe. THEN he wanted her on a table the raises. She was too busy trying to get the muzzle off. I straddled the table then she got on. I walked in front of her, they raised it, looked in her ears. Said it's allergies but probably the worst he's ever seen. He said he'll put a gel in her ears, went around a corner outside the room, opened something. He then asked about her shots etc. I told her she needs everything, but I only $46. which is what my daughter was told the office visit would be. I saw a wrapper fall to the floor. He re-entered the room empty handed. He said he'll call in scripts to Wal-mart and that's there's an emergency yadda yadda.
To make matters worse, I kept calling him Sir. No, he's DR. I'm a Dr's wife, I should friggin know better. But every time I opened my mouth, Sir, fell out.

He was very nice. He guessed her age to be around 4 or 5 OR she could just have really good teeth for her age (She's at least 5 or 6) He asked about the puppies and encouraged me to worm them ASAP, said they're old enough.
But, all I keep thinking about was that wrapper falling to the floor. From my PERSPECTIVE, he threw away meds instead of giving them to the dog when he realized I couldn't pay that day...... and, that I kept calling him Sir (I actually only SAID it about 2 or 3 times but still).
I left, wanting to cry some more.

I got home, killed zombies for about an hour, then gave up on the day and went to bed.
Got up to pick the girls up from work, then I went back to bed.
Yesterday sucked. BUT, we took care of business.

I slept on my stomach all night, so I woke up with my knee swollen and sore It will work itself out, for the most part, after I move around some.
I have a feeling today will suck too though.

Nothing special to report. Tater, Paula's puppy, went to a new home today. She took her picture alongside a hunting knife and posted it to a FB group: "Beautiful hunting knife, about 8 weeks old, free to a good home, PM for details"
So, we dropped her off with her new owner on our way to the laundromat I actually got ALL of my laundry done. Destinee and Paula needed to go, so I figured I'd take advantage of the trip and use up those $10. in quarters I've been carrying around forever. Destinee paid for the dryers for me. I did, however, forget my towel at home

I've had no significant aches or pains (well, yesterday I had another killer headache, but it was due to the weather).

One of Pumpkin's babies died today and one of Ms.Molly's isn't looking very good. Fluffy and Not-so-Fluffy are doing much better though. I renamed Fluffy, Paisley because she now seems to have a neuro disorder and shakes as though she has cerebral palsy (and yes, I felt like an a$$ but the name still stuck).
Only 10 more days and then I'll be on my way to being cat-free and they'll be on their way to better health and happier, healthier homes.

Tag, hubby's puppy, is such a silly goose. He hates transitioning between in and outside. I have to carry him. When I got back from the laundromat, I put him on a leash for the first time (no collar yet, I just slipped it). His mom got all excited because it's her leash and she thought we were going on a walk. I got him into the yard and he rolled and did "cartwheels". He carried on like someone was killing him. Keirra ran over to see what was wrong. She nosed the leash. He rolled around some more, carrying on. She growled and headbutted him onto his back He stopped fussing as much after that.

Heh, I woke up to another spider behind my pillow again. It was a tiny jumping spider though so I didn't move him or mess with him.

Hope everyone had a great day with their families today (or by themselves if they don't celebrate).

      Ewwwww, Wobly... just ewwww
It's strange, but when I was about 7 years old, I plucked the wings off a fly and cried for hours afterwards. When I was 12 or so, I tore off the butt of a firefly to make myself a glow-in-the-dark ring. I cried for hours after that one too.
But I have always enjoyed popping ticks. The fatter, the better I found one on my cat, Simon, the other day and squishing it is still satisfying after all there decades

Grats, Saizaphod. Happy dreaming to you

Yesterday was a joke. I dropped the girls off at work and made it back home just a little after 1. At 2, my daughter called for me to pick her up. She nearly passed out during a meeting. By 2:30 she was at the ER close to work (needs excuse for work and she figured she probably needed insulin because she'd been without for a few days). Blah. I waited, napped, then waited some more in the car until close to 5:30. Thankfully, her wife got another ride home or I would have had to go back AGAIN.

Rant: I seriously wondered if I was having a heart attack yesterday. After I dropped the girls off, I was driving home, same 'ole same 'ole: Chill, singing along to the radio. Suddenly it felt like a small child was sitting on my chest. The lower half of my vision seemed to gray and my ears started closing. What the heck? I get chest pain with gas all the time but this was much more intense. I had also been very nauseated the last couple hours. I checked myself: heart rate- normal; stomach- a little bloated but not bad; costochondritis- present but not bad in the least; allergies- allergies? By the time the song was over, the feeling passed, but I was exhausted for the rest of the day.

Today, I had just a hint of a repeat. The pressure wasn't even a smidge as intense, but still moreso than with usual gas. I did the check again, then noticed my surroundings. It was close to the same area as yesterday, SO- either it was a psychological thing or an altitude thing (or a combination thereof). so now I'm more curious than concerned

Rave: took a shower with the puppy. He's as big a baby as his mom. I figured I'd get him acclimated early and maybe he'll outgrow it. He's also doing a lot better on his leash... and tonight I'm buying him a collar. He'll outgrow it in no time, but he needs one so he'll stop choking himself.
Keirra is doing much better with her meds and I finally figured out a better way to give her her antibiotic. I tend to eat cereal for breakfast and I give her my milk from it. I just open the capsule and stir it into the milk. No problem. Issue resolved.

Rave: With the nicer weather and a puppy to train, I'm getting outside a lot more and I'm actually moving throughout the day lol. I still don't know what to do about proper walks though. The best time for that is 1AM. There are too many 18-wheelers and other cars on the road otherwise.

I break the wings of butterflies, smear them with honey and feed them to the ants. I win!
(In general, I enjoy feeding bigger creatures to smaller creatures.)

You like the irony (or would it be symbolism) of toppling giants for the little guy?

Other than ticks (fleas, house flies and fruit flies ), I hate killing anything. I always cringe when butterflies get in the path of my car. I can see the large white/black (depending on the year) wooly caterpillars on the road and I even swerve to avoid smooshing them

Rave: Today has been a great day. No significant aches or pains; slept fairly well last night; good energy day; good mood- almost chipper even lol.
I went shopping and got the pup his collar, a second leash, treats, a toy, bowls to pour water in when he gets big enough to go on walks with his mom and I.

Then I found $10. in the middle of an isle while shopping. I looked around to find anyone obvious, but couldn't. Then I was a little giddy about free money. How could I just turn $10. in? Who would even notice, right away, that they lost it or where they lost it?
I went through self-checkout. Got my sons stuff, rang up mine then noticed a register close to mine. The purchases had been abandoned. Then I wondered if I could just donate the money to the clerk to have the money applied to people who came up short.

Just then, a young woman went to the register and told the clerk "I lost my $10." Right away, I said: "I have it" and I pulled it out of the middle of my pack (I keep my money in a side pocket). She thanked me and said she would have gotten into a lot of trouble with her boyfriend if she came home without the stuff.
That brightened my mood too. What are the odds? The store was very busy today. There were at least 6 real registers open and then the cluster of self-checkout registers. That I found the money and then that she and I both ended up at the cluster at around the same time is neat.

Rave: The pulse checker on the clone phone actually works. After doing some very basic stuff (filling a jug with water; feeding and watering the animals and plants; carrying plants outside; walking to the car twice) my pulse was 121. So, I checked it with my blood pressure cuff. 114/80 pulse of 121. Huh. Very neat that light can actually measure a pulse.

      **EDIT**
Rave: I keep seeing 2 cool cars around town: One is an orange/yellow SUV that has "Tonka Toy" written on the side. The other is a VW Bug with a wind-up toy decoy thing on it's roof
I've also seen 2 neat license plates: "NVRLKBK" and "STRDST" Any guesses as to what I think they say?

Rant: I bought an $8. scale today too. I'm up to 150 pounds again

Hope your feeling better now Zhaylin. You should probably get checked by a doctor if you felt that bad since checking yourself has limits but its up to you. It could possibly been allergies but I honestly have no idea.

Reading on I think its great your considerate of small life despite the circle of life but even if we try...some things just have to be squished if you know what I mean...And I hate squishing roaches. Anyways its great that you managed to give the money back to the girl who lost it. Your very kind. The licence plates probably say "Never Look Back" and "Star Dust". Nice ^w^I could be wrong though.

WOOT WOOT, that's what I think they say too DawnEye. I LOVE those types of license plates.

And oh yes, I forgot to add those to the list. I guess living where I do has spoiled me but I would rather be locked in a room full of snakes than roaches... ESPECIALLY the flying ones Those are probably the one insect I would kill with fire, then demolish my house over

Rant-ish: I'm going to have to listen to the puppy cry all day. He's being wormed so he's chained up outside. He does not like that one iota.
Rants: My back hurts a little. I'm extra sleepy today. My pulse is just over 100 from doing simple things again. I have to stop at Walmart on the way to dropping the girls off at work. Hubby's sending me off for food today (not really a rant, just a meh )

And now I must rush off. Have a great day everyone

So the graphics card on my desktop decided it can't handle Children of a Dead Earth for more than five minutes at a time before the monitor feed just cuts off. I get the feeling it was a driver I installed on there awhile back because the graphics card seems to like to check out of a lot of situations; but I can't figure out how to uninstall it. I did a test and the damn thing can't even handle Minecraft for more than half an hour. Graphics card; you suck. Go back to 1992.

So this got me motivated to check the numerous job applications I sent out to see if I could be making any money this summer and perhaps buy a new graphics card. (Better yet, a new computer.) I only got one response so far; from the local hardware store. They turned me down and the supervisor wrote a lengthy letter about how he was only considering people who would take the job 'seriously' and that I needed 'prior work experience'. What the hell are millennials supposed to get for a first job? Do we have to intern for a few years picking up cigarette butts by the side of the freeway before we are experienced and rounded enough to work as a cashier at a place as prestigious and notable as the local hardware store.

Adventures in lucidland aren't going any better. My dream recall got really bad and all I can remember are some vague fragments about a really weird and glitchy sonic the hedgehog game. Not even sure where that came from; last time I played a Sonic game I think was about... 11 years ago. I don't know why that bothers me so much; probably because there should be a really nice lucid in its place.

RRRGH AVATARS STILL AREN'T WORKING HERE?!!?!

I can't complain about the weather we're having here, though.

I hope you get your graphics card problem fixed or are able to replace it. I worry about my own machine. I get terrible fps spikes and stuttery lag on 7D2D. But that might just be the game. When the game finally comes out of Alpha, I wonder if my machine will run it at all
heh, I thought the avatar thing was just me and my wonky machine. Whenever I mouse back to correct a misspelling, my arrow key doesn't take me to the end of the row. I thought that was just Edge (the only thing I can use for DV without getting the weird FB loop). Can anyone else arrow to the end of their sentence?

Yeah, jobs suck. You need job experience to get a job but a job to get experience

My sleep has been fairly rough too. Fitbit told me this morning that I average 4hrs and 9min (even though I'm "asleep" for some 8 hours I toss and turn so much that it doesn't count). My recall has been suffering too.

Rant: My back still hurts It's okay unless I move, so I'm alright for the most part I think I'll try a bengay patch later. It hurts like before I start my period, but that already came this month..... unless not taking my Levothyroxine is going to make it arrive a second time?
Rant: I'm really meh about taking the Levo. I don't really notice any benefits from taking it. My thyroid levels have remained pretty much the same. I'm cheap and would rather not buy it.

Rave: the B vitamins are definitely working. I put a weeks worth of meds in one of those pill dividers at the start of each week. Last week, my toes were starting to hurt and I couldn't figure out why. I looked in my divider and realized I hadn't taken the B vitamin for 3 days because I forgot to include it.

      Rant: Pepsi Fire is disgusting

      Rant: I'm extra sleepy today.

Rave: Alien arrives in our theater tonight. I'm trying to talk hubby into seeing it. It's been a long time since I've seen a decent scary movie.

      Has anyone heard from Tommo?

Rant: I somehow injured (?) my lower front gums. It's sore and swollen. I kept waking up with a finger in my mouth (the salt on my fingers soothes such wounds).
Rant: I'm being overrun with houseflies. They're just ignoring the fly strip I hung yesterday
Rant: I can't upload a picture So here's a link https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater Last night was one of my more restful nights of sleep

Rave: It's the weekend NO taxi service
Rave: Hubby and I are going to the movies at 3:30
Rave: My back feels a lot better today, so far.

Rant: I need new coils... which means I need to take out an advance of $50. to buy them from hubby for $20. I like the e-juice I bought... sort of. It's Lincoln brand "bedrock". I've had it for almost 2 weeks now and the taste is starting to ??? dwindle. I cut it with some Feast of the Undead but I'm almost out of that one ANYHOW The juice is meant for Drippers, I think. It's too thick or something so I go through coils much faster.

Breakfast time. Have a good day everyone.

      Rant:
      • Had a lot of desserts today.
      Rave:
      • Hung out with old friends two days in a row and visited new restaurants.
      • Loved the conversation and the food in the restaurants I went to.
      Cry:
      • Had a lot of desserts today.
      • Today's my weight check-in date. Trying to lose a few pounds before grad.
      • Been on the job search since February. Still unemployed.

lol, Crypt. I understand the dessert rant and cry completely1
      Welcome to DV!!!

Rant: What the heck, pulse? I got out of bed at 9:30 (). I ate a bowl of cereal and some strawberry's with crumbled "cake" and whipped cream. I could feel my pulse racing so checked my BP. BP is good: 121/87 but my pulse... my completely RESTING pulse is 113 I'm going to experiment on myself and take a caffeine pill to see if that slows things down. With this new schedule, I don't need them like I used to. I've rarely taken even one in over a month. I'm curious if my body is like an ADD kid who drinks coffee to go to sleep.

Rant: I have a pimple cluster on my chin. They wont surface though

Rant: When I woke this morning, I thought my urethra was going to rupture (nevermind my bladder ) I even dreamed of peeing rofl. In the dream, I was going to stick my butt out a window to pee but was worried that neighbors would see me. Then I was going to use a bowl, but it was too dirty. I don't think I have had to pee that fiercely in a very long time.

Rave: I slept amazingly last night. I took 1/2 a cyproheptadine as well as a Benadryl. I even had the equivalence of just over 6 hours

I hope everyone is alive and well.

      **EDIT**
Most curious. Took that caffeine pill and my pulse dropped to 95. Took a scalding hot shower and it dropped to 94 Now I'm ready for a nap

Thanks Zhaylin! I appreciate the sympathy That sounds like a delicious morning breakfast you had there. I'm just curious though, wouldn't taking a caffeine pill elevate your resting pulse/heart rate more? I totally understand the pimple situation although mines been much better ever since adding Vitamin C serum to my skincare regimen. I've noticed that my pimple scars fade much faster and makes my face feels much healthier and brighter.

Rant: Woke up before I had the chance to fully complete my lucid dream goal which was to *cough* make out with one of my crushes (I know, so juvenile but I can't help what my desires were that day ). I got as far as doing reality checks and dream stabilizing methods and even telling my crush about how this was going to pan out. But unfortunately it was cut short after I suddenly found myself drifting out to the sound of someone playing aggressively on their piano. (And then waking up to realize it was a false awakening and then waking up for real.)

Rave: Haven't tried to lucid dream purposely in a few years (if my estimation is correct, about 3-4 years now) and this morning, I tried WBTB + FILD and it worked like a charm (for the most part).

Cry: See (Rant). Oh and I did my weekly weight check in and I'm up 0.8lbs. Darn sweet tooth of mine. >.>

*Edit: I guess the caffeine pill helped! I've never tried those before. Which brand do you use?

Heh, it was likely a fluke. Both caffeine and hot showers are *supposed* to elevate ones pulse. I used to take caffeine pills and fall right to sleep though
I take "Jet Alert"- 200mg caffeine, sold at Wal-mart.

This pimple cluster is getting on my last nerve. Seems it might be something called "Cystic Acne"? They're deep and hard and wouldn't surface. I finally popped them though. They drain forever (only when actively squeezing them though). I read, though, that I should just leave them alone lol. I'm putting some antibiotic ointment on it, but I might have to find that serum. I seem to get the cluster once a month to once every few months. Same places too. I'm 43 years old. I didn't have pimples like this when I was a teen

Glad you had semi-success with your lucid

Rant: My face is annoying me
Rant: It's Monday... back to taxiing my kids.
      Rant: The washer completely died.

Rave: Because the washer died, my daughter and her wife are going to rent-to-own one come Wednesday. I can finally stop going to the laundromat (the washer stopped working for me last year. I have sensitive skin and the washer stopped- what's the word again- agitating (?) the clothes. That's not the word. It didn't beat the clothes enough to get all the soap out.)
Rant: My pulse is still being a PITA and my back still bothers me off and on.

Rant: I cannot eat strawberries. My reflux was so bad I was burping vomit for hours the last few days I'd eaten them. I ended up giving the rest to the kids.

      **EDIT**
BLAH! I ended up taking 2 caffeine pills today. Fell asleep soon after taking the second one. I could not keep my eyes open for anything today. I woke up jittery as heck, then had to go shopping for friggin forever... finally just made it inside and I have to turn around and leave again to pick up the girls in 15 minutes I am SO over this taxiing

Rave: I got a compliment from hubby tonight He likes my skirt.

@Anju wow I thought you were a good 5 years younger based on pictures, and happy upcoming birthday!

It has been too long since I've posted here. Let's see. I am a bit sick with a cough and cold at the moment, my brother infected me :/. Last week of semester currently and my exams are coming up, so both a rave and rant I guess. I'm starting to really think I should get a girlfriend, have been a bit lonely recently, hopefully with new classes next semester I might meet someone and not sperg out around them hehe. Reading Jung has been difficult but I am enjoying it, I see a lot of parallels with what I have experienced in my dreams.
Well that's about all for the moment, I hope everyone is doing well and is striving to achieve something that they think is good I need to work on that.

This morning, our CEO decided that only Acura, Lexus, Mercedes and Porsche may park out of front of our office building. "Blue collar" vehicles such as Ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc. must park out back because they bring down the image of the company. ...specifically, but without being direct, he is saying that my 4x4 truck ruins the company's image. What a .....

Lol, Anju. I used to share your humor but my age finally caught up with me lol

Blair, I'm sick too. I hope you get better soon and that you find someone to share your life with.
Meh, I tried reading Jung once but I just don't have the attention span for it nowadays lol.

AnderJ, I would be peeved. What a stuck up jerk.

Rant: I have been feeling worse and worse since yesterday. I started to leave to pick up the girls at 9PM and I "let one rip" but got much more than I bargained for I successfully duck-walked to the restroom without making a mess all over myself and my clothes. So, I guess that much of it is a rave.

Today I'm freezing. My head feels warm to the touch but my hands and feet are freezing to the touch. My thermometer says I'm not running a fever though
I can't get enough sleep. I'm very nauseated. Blah.

Rave: the girls got a car today. Tomorrow, they'll start driving it to work and back. I have doubts about its ???? usefulness and life. It's only going to cost $1,600. all in all so as long as it doesn't die in a month they can use it as a trade-in.
I have to drive them back down the road (yes, the dealership is VERY close to home) so they can pay more down and get the temp plates for it. After that, I am FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

For now though, I guess I'll put away my iPad and take a nap until I have to pick them up.
      Hope everyone is well.

      It's too quiet here again.
It's good that no one has any rants... but no raves either?

Rant: I'm headachy today. It's either the weather or sinuses.
Rave: An awesome site I finally gave a try. Or is it an app? It's in the Windows 10 store called "Cinebox". They have shows and movies. I guess it's pirated stuff, but I don't understand how it can be an official app if it is. But the shows and movies wouldn't be available if it wasn't Hmmm.
Anyhow... I'm FINALLY, after all these years, starting to watch Grey's Anatomy. I really like it so far.

Rant: 7D2D still hasn't released the new Alpha. Starbound still hasn't released their space update. It's hard for me to get into my gaming with those updates "right around the corner". Also, 7D2D has become very glitch lately. I don't know if it's because I have too many different saves or if I just chose bad seed names.
Rave: Finally got the dryer working after having hubby come over to look. Turns out the breaker was partially thrown

Oh yeah, it's been a while. After the girls got their "clinker" (car), they went to a rent-to-own store and got a washer and dryer. I hooked things up slightly wrong. Paula looked for a wiki and found what was wrong and wired everything up right but the dryer still wouldn't work. We've been waiting since Thursday for hubby to come over. After I failed, I stepped away and let them do their thing. I never even thought to try the breaker lol. Ah well.

Humor: One of the little kittens has gunky eyes. Ray (my eldest) cleaned one, but the kitten threw too big a fit when he tried to clean the other. So I pinned it down to clean it. The kitten made quite the ruckus and his mom got concerned and actually nipped me to tell me to leave her baby alone. None of our cats have ever been that protective before. It was endearing and a little funny.

Yesterday, I took a shower with the calico kitten. She scratched my chest a tiny bit at first but she quickly started to love the shower. When I was finished with her, I set her on a ledge (like a seat) in the shower so I could wash my hair. She just looked up at me and into the spray and seemed to enjoy herself.
Then I noticed a smell. Kitten diarrhea-ed under herself. I asked her if it was payback for getting her wet I scooped water in my hands and swished it around her to clean up and she didn't even budge. Then I washed her again, , cleaned the shower then wrapped her in a towel.
She is SO spoiled. She loved the towel even more than the shower. Weird kitten. My cats tolerate showering with me, but I think she's the first that actually thoroughly enjoyed herself.

The puppy's a rotten monster. He scoops the kittens up and carries them off to play much too roughly with. He got spanked yesterday for it. But his momma's starting to play with him and teaching him boundaries. Her meds have dried up her milk so he's no longer latching on every 2 seconds... which means she's not running away and hiding from him.
Rave: Her ears look SO much better. The meds are doing an amazing job.

      Hope everyone's alive and well.

Here's two animals to make you smile:
