I stay calm most of the time when m Lucid, but still can't remain in dream more than one minute or less |

Oh you were definitely lucid then! Even though you didn't stay in the dream long enough to react or control things upon attaining awareness that it was a dream, you still managed to break through by realizing it was a dream. That's what lucidity is. Dream sustaining and control are just the next steps. |

Had a few experiences years ago that I'm not even sure were real lucids or just dreams of becoming lucid. But on each occasion, these are pretty much the phases I went through: |
