just shows how little we currently know about space.
we're still finding planets in our area let alone deep space.
one day people in the future will probobly laugh at how stupid we are hyping over one or two measley planets!

Not surprising that its there but surprising that we found them. Did you read the article? Weve never been able to find planets that small before, outside out own solar system.

Hehe, they're not in our solar system or anything.
Other planets are only deductable by the how much their mass affects the star and makes it wobble.

great discovery G.O... I did some more research on it and the more I found out, the more my hypothesis is correct! I have ideas so crazy that I'm afraid to share them without copyrighting them. I've tried to contact NASA but their feedback is slow since they haven't replied to a response I put in. If any of you could find a link for a good place to copy right ideas, I will be able to share with you the astonishing vast brilliance of what my mind created. With that said... Here's another link with more info on it.

oh, how do I break the news to you? … Concepts and ideas, by themselves, are not protect-able under intellectual property laws.

      what?! God damn...

Well I need a way to express my idea to others and still getting credit for it. I know if I tell NASA my full idea, they'll just yank it away from me. I still think I can get pieces of hypothical writing published too some degree so that should help.

well yes any papers or anything you write on the concept or idea would be copyrighted, but what is written in tangible form would be what is copyrighted. The idea itself you cannot protect or stop others from using.

If it is an idea to make something or an idea for a process for something, then it is possible the process could be patented.

If you're at all serious about what you are saying, then I highly suggest you contact an intellectual property lawyer.

That's a good idea... After all, my idea could achieve a higher science platform not yet comprehended. It would make a vast contribuation to life and knowledge.

Only problem now is how to find out more information on the subject without giving my idea away. And I need more information to make my hypothesis more theorically tested. Tough though since information is not easily obtained or given. I guess I got to continue on the drawing board till I have a fully potential solution.

Alright, I've contacted SETI, CITA and NASA ocne again with a proposal. Now all I need is a reply and my hypothesis will begin to take a stand.

Right. The Berne Copyright Convention works as so-

"You make something tangible, it's copyrighted"

Of course there's like a gazillion exceptions, but if it's just a story, writing, art, a program, they're all copyrighted. However nothing can stop people from using the idea...that's a patent, I think.

I will... when I finish it and get it copyrighted.

Normally I wouldn't mind sharing my ideas on forums, but this is one of those things you need to claim first.
