      Welcome back, man! Heh, I well remember the $300 laptop days, I ran one with 256Mb of RAM and a 40Gb HDD for a couple years, it was my first real computer. I put Knoppix (Linux) on it, ran like a dream until I graduated to something newer and faster that would run Windows without pitching a fit.

      Hope you get your other one fixed soon, though. I'll shoot you a PM in a bit.

      -sigh- tell me about it. This one makes noise while it's on. But I guess I'm grateful...it was annoying being away from here for two whole weeks!!! I really have to get my other one fixed though...I had so much good porn files saved on my computer that I miss.

      Im leaving for a bit, my contribution to dv has been small lately so noone will notice really lol. but incase anyone thinks " where did that weird brit go" i am alive, but im working hard to finish my masters degree.

      Although I never officially said bye, I am saying that I'm back, (sort of.) I'll be inconsistent. I just moved from Alaska. It was a little sudden and I have been itching to tell people here, but this is the first chance I've had since I've been back.

      It's nice to be back in the lower forty-eight, and nice to say hi to DV. However, I'm still recovering from a move and haven't gotten my monitor in the mail yet, (I don't trust airlines to get my packages back to me,) or have internet at my house.
