3 mg is plenty to help get to sleep, and in fact any more will block REM sleep so you won't dream. The L-Theanine will help too, and it doesn't block REM. If you need something more powerful, get more L-Theanine to supplement the pill you're already taking. You can take 200 mg of L-Theanine without affecting REM... possibly more, not sure, but I know 200 mg is safe for REM. |
