Wrist Bands - A Tool Of Lucidity?

Well, i heard about people drawing a big 'L' on their hand, seeing it in their dreams, and become lucid.
I thought "Ew, Im not gonna draw on my hands!".
So i made a simple black wristband with a white 'L' on it, and decided to do a RC or check for dream signs every time i noticed it.
So my question is, will this help me getting lucid dreams?

I honestly have never come across a time ever in which I remember what i'm wearing or what I drew on myself in a dream. I guess if you focused on it would be possible but I feel like it's not a very consistent method.
Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.

1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.

As it's not a "part" of your body yet. You're fine with just wearing it for now, and look at it to ask yourself if you're dreaming.

It's not the RC itself that triggers you into doing it, but anything you find strange. If you find anything to be strange at all, you usually just go: "Oh, that's weird" right? Well if you practice and practice, do proper RC's that includes some real critical thinking, and do them each time you find something's off, then you'll start doing the same in dreams.

Do you do it unconsciously and just notice OH IM BECOMING LUCID or do you really hear yourself say in dreams thats not normal! I must be dreaming!
Cause i NEVER hear someone talk and never remember a word said or thought in my dreams. guess that just isnt happening.

Ive never seen something i drew on my Hands or what im wearing ; in my dreams.

Mantra.Mantra.Mantra. Or use False Awakenings and Sleep Paralysis for your good. FILD is a good technique for false awakenings or seemless transition to your dream , where you didnt notice you started dreaming. like an awakening, without awakening. ..
i know im a noob, but i experienced enough FA's, now that i know about lucidity and fa's in connection with LDs

That is how you DILD, I rely on MILD and become lucid randomly. I don't become lucid after realising something's off actually, but trying to stay aware all day, using daily awareness does up my chances alot. That with alot of RC's and daydreaming. Then MILD during the night and WBTB in the morning with MILD.

But when you DILD, you will train yourself to be aware of strange things in your dreams, which will lead to you going "That's weird, is this a dream?"
