      B6 pills

      I've heard B6 pills help with lucid dreaming / dream recall and should I buy / take them or should i stick to eating banana's and cheese? I'm fairly new to lucid dreaming and my recall could need some help my only lucid moment lasted for 3 secs. Give me your advice should i take B6 pills? Plz reply thank you

      There's no downside to trying them, so by all means go ahead - see how they affect your dream vividness!
