Orange Juice seems to have an incredible effect on dream vividness for me. I drank about two small glasses before going to bed.
It works each time, as long as I have a good night's sleep of course.
I tried Apple Juice a couple of months ago, but I really don't remember what effect it had. Maybe I just didn't drink enough of it.
Orange Juice definitely works for me.
