      Apple juice for WBTB?

      Okay so last night I took a 3g melatonin with B6 and fell asleep with intention to wake up at 2. When I woke up I downed a big ass glass of apple juice, recorded and went back to sleep. Nothing happened, and for a while now dream vividness has been losing its effects and lucid dreaming is way out of my reach. What am I doing wrong? :c

      Apple juice doesn't work for everyone, and it might just take some time. A reason people say apple juice works is because it has b6 in it, which you said you took that anywho.
      Try not to take any supplements for a few days, its always good to break from them.

      Erii!! Your advice became HIGHLY helpful!! I normally take a SHITload of lucid aids, expecting them to do all the work, but ladt night I didnt take anything at all and my dream was oddly vivid!. Thanks a lot! C:
