First of all, let me start off by saying that I'm not too sure of where this thread belongs, so if needs to be moved, then by all means, move it.
Now let's get down to business. Today, I picked up some Vitamin B6 tablets, which I've been meaning to for a while. They're 100mg tablets, according to the bottle. No other supplement is listed on the bottle (such as other vitamins). I'm a 14 year old boy and (and yes, I am working on this) weigh 265 pounds. If I were to take one of these per night, would I suffer any nerve damage? Or should I take them on like a 3-day-a-week basis or something?
EDIT: If I were to take 400 mg of ibuprofen about 2 hours before I take a B6 pill and go to bed, will I suffer any negative effects?
