Lucid Food's

Since I'm only 16, I can't get my hands on these pills, but I know you can subsitute some of the pills with food (B-Vitamins for example) what types of food's would you recommend to help induce lucid dreaming and better dream recall. Even if you aren't sure that the food's you take aren't just a placebo, it doesn't matter I'd still like to know

You're 16, so you can't go to the store and buy vitamins or supplements? Just curious, not saying you should. Have you tried searching the forum yet?
