      Lucid binaural beats test.

      Nobody at home... silence.
Finally I have some time to try my theta binaural beats. I'll post results in one hour or so.
Hope I'll get some HIs at least. I was awake for like 9 hours.

      Meh... 25 minutes and nothing.

I would highly reccommend trying isochronic tones instead of binaural beats, as they are much more effective, and scientifically proven to work (I think ). I have never really gotten any results from binaural beats, but I pretty much always get results from using isochronic tones.

      Iso-Tones - Spiritual

I use the "Astral Projection" tone from that page. Although it says it is for astral projecting, I use it to try to WILD sometimes. Pretty much every time I use that tone, I feel a few of the sensations described in this post:

And that is when initially falling asleep. I have been wanting to try it after a WBTB as I think it will work a lot better, but haven't yet. If you are in to experimenting with tones, I would suggest at least trying that.

Good! How much do you need to wait to get HIs?

Well I don't think I really get HI's, but I never really have either. In this post, under "Sensations and Hallucinations", the ones that I normally feel is my body getting very relaxed, and sometimes heavier, and movement as if I was on a waterbed. The isochronic tone that I recommended to you is 30 minutes long, and I think I start feeling those sensations after maybe 10 minutes or so. Also, if I am relaxed, tired enough, and in the right mindset, I can start to feel vibrations like when transitioning into a WILD, but it is harder for me to keep myself from getting excited, so the vibrations usually go away quickly. That is why I have been wanting to try it with a WBTB, because my mind and body will already be really relaxed, and hopefully it would work a lot better. I have been working on getting DILDs recently though, so I haven't really experimented with the tones much recently.

I have never had any LD results from binaural beats. But if they work for some I say go for it!
