Tonight I took: 500 mg L-Tryptophan, 100 mg Magnesium and 100 mg b6. I found that my dreams were just really realistic, even my digital clock just said: 22:30, and everything was what it should be. I didn't become lucid but it's quite impressive how these supplements affects your dreams. |
