      3mg bedtime melatonin, 4th hour alarm for G + choline bitartrate + alpha gpc + banana, brutally hard back to sleep (several times), but worth it: 4 LD night!

      ive had my best LD's with the following........

      10 mg melatonin 30 minutes before bed
      100 mg b6 right at bedtime
      wake 3 1/2 hours afterwards......
      smoke a cigarette...
      go back to bed with the MILD method....

      It's probably the cigarette that's perking you up and promoting lucidity. Just going off of Yuschak and personal experience.

      Tonight I took: 500 mg L-Tryptophan, 100 mg Magnesium and 100 mg b6. I found that my dreams were just really realistic, even my digital clock just said: 22:30, and everything was what it should be. I didn't become lucid but it's quite impressive how these supplements affects your dreams.
