Last week I woke up after 5 hours of sleep, took 4mg of galantamine with 400mg choline, results were no recall. |

Galantamine = usefull as WILD help. |

What is everyone's routine with galantamine? |
|
before bed I take 100mg 5-htp to suppress (in theory) the REM sleep of the first half of the night and provides a REM rebound |

wisdom is knowing I'm nothing
Love is knowing I'm everything
And between the two my life moves
Occasional use of galantamine and choline 4/200 mg combined as a single capsule during a 10 min WBTB after about 6 hrs sleep. |

Galantamine success rate I have to say 100% |
|
When I get back to sleep on G+Ch I have very strong vivid lucids, if not lucid then nearly so. But I mostly never make it back to sleep for 5 hours or more so I'm pretty much giving it up. I'm probably 10% or less with it due to the insomnia it produces in me. |

Tried 8mg again, slept for 6 hours, took G+C, Had a 30 min wbtb (Thinking of lucid dreaming) |
|
so you didn't try to WILD. |
|
I did attempt wild, faint HI, but still no recall with the wbtb, a small mild and 8mg galantamine |
|
I have a success rate of close to 100% with my combo of Galantamine and Alpha GPC. I also have done many experiments with my WBTB from 10 mins to 60 mins and notice a drastic difference in what works for me and what doesn't. If I do a WBTB that stay up for anything less than 45 mins It becomes a hit or miss for me. If I stay up for 45 - 60 mins that's my sweet spot and I usually have 100% success with this method. I would give that a shot and try to use other techniques as well when waking up in the morning to increase your chances of dream recall. If you cannot remember dreams on a daily basis you should work on that before anything else as it will help you greatly with your chances of becoming lucid and most importantly remembering those Lucid Dreams. |
