So I'm a pretty deep sleeper (my neighbour's tree got struck by lightning and I didn't wake up!) and I'm not great at doing reality checks often. I've tried WILD but never get to sleep paralysis because I fall asleep which is out of my control. I'm just wondering whether buying a Remee would be beneficial or not. |

-Have a pre-lucid [X]
-Have a REAL lucid [X]
-Stabilise a dream [X]
Current Goal
-Reach layer 4 lucidity [_]
Future goals
-Fly
-Talk to a DC
-Teleport
-Do Telekinesis
-Talk to my subconscious
-Lucid dream at least 3 times a week for 3 months in a row
-Morph the dreamscape
-Change colours of dreamscape
-Shapeshift
Probably not, unless you're particularly susceptible to patterns of light waking out from your deep sleep. A plain alarm clock or app that shuts itself off automatically would do pretty much the same thing and save you some money and discomfort. |

REMEE doesn't even have REM detection system and costs a lot. For successful WILD, you should do a bit larger WBTB - wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep, stay up for half an hour and on and then try the WILD technique. |
