but this is a must have for dream recall and or lucid dreaming. The bananas are packed with b6 and the honey is packed with many different things for health. I found that the honey will give your brain the energy through out the night.

please dont use anything other then organic raw honey and the supermarket honey has had its nutriments taken away when its filtered and heated. Ever since I started eating raw honey 3 times a day it has taken away my stomach issues like gerd so besides dream recall and lucid dreaming its good for you.

      just thought I would share.

      Hi,

Although, I practice exercises throughout the day and apply certain specific meditation in the evening as well as rewiring almost my entire habit structure..

I eat raw rain forest honey from wild bee harvesters before sleep. This stuff is like medicine and I can only eat so much. I carry organic set honey for during the day. This was mostly to give my liver a balanced sugar supply during the night cycle.
It is interesting the comment above as my dreams are incredibly vivid and informative. I awoke the other morning as I had realised something mind blowing in a dream...yet had no direct recollection.

This is why I am here a present. Am also seeding specific meditation practice into sleep so this is going to be a strange blend.
