      B6 + Chocolate = Super real dream?

Ive tried b6 before and can say it does in fact make dreams more real and vivid.

Ive also drank chocolate milk (The one you mix) while doing a WBTB and can say it also makes dreams more real and vivid.

My question is if I drink chocolate milk and take 100mg of B6 will i get a super real dream?

      Has anyone tried this?

Im definetly going to try this tonight!

      ^ Exactly.

(I personally don't believe that a piece of food/some drink has any significant amount of anything and that if you do have a vivid dream after eating/drinking something that it's purely chance/psychological. But I could be wrong.)

A possible exception to this might be broad-bean pods, which contain large amount of levodopa.
I'm waiting for winter, when green broad bean in pods will be available, and I can start experimenting with them : )

levodopa is a chemical that increases dopamine levels, and is said to cause vivid dreams.
It is commonly used as a medication for Parkinson desease in the form of capsules that are acompanied with carbidopa ( a prescription drug that stalls the levodopa from changing into dopamine before it has a chance to go through the blood brain barrier ).
It is natuaraly accuring in broad ( fava ) beans as I mentioned, and also in the plant mucuna pruriens.

It sure had been a staple in old situation comedies and Archie comic strips though - Jughead would have a horrible night terror and then realize it was from eating too much pizza - I think the same thing happened on Happy Days or Laverne and Shirley

It happened on the Cosby show- Cliff ate something he shouldn't have, I think it was a meatball sub, and he had a dream where the food in his fridge was talking to him LOL

I think they grow them in the UK and countries of similar climate, and are sold to world-wide markets, mostly in form of dried beans. It is very popular in the middle east and one of the most popular foods of Egypt.
They come in 3 forms: dried beans (brown color), fresh beans ( green ), and fresh beans in pods ( green ). The fresh beans, and beans in pods, come fresh, frozen, or canned.
The fresh beans contain more levodopa than the dried ones, but the part that contains the largest amount of levodopa is the pod of the bean, and that is harder to find than just the beans.
In the middle east you can easily find fresh beans in pods in most market-places during the winter, I don't know about their availability in other reigons. My guess is that in some specielty shops you can find them year-round in frozen from, but I think your best bet is too wait until winter and then look for them in large market places.

In many counties the name Fava bean is used instead of Braod bean, and in the middle east it is called Ful. An extremely delicious meal can be made from it, and it is the most common food to add to Humus in middle-eastern Humus places.

Warning: some people have a genetic disorder called Favism that causes broad beans to be toxic to them, even fatal, so if you try them, first start with a very small amount. I think Favism is especially prominent among Kurdish people.
