You might want to look into other sleep aids, namely any that aren't any of the first generation antihistamines, such as Diphenhydramine (ZZZQuil, Benadryl, certain preparations of Sominex and Unisom), Doxylamine (Certain preparations of Sominex and Unisom, NyQuil, generic nighttime NyQuil-esque medicines), and Chlorpheniramine (Chlor-trimeton, in Coricidin cough and cold along with DXM). Despite their antihistaminergic effects causing sedation, they are also potent anticholinergic drugs. This means rather than being an agonist at (in this case, muscarinic rather than nictonic) acetylcholine receptor sites, it is an antagonist. One could expect impaired short term memory, impaired formation of memories, poor or no ability to cocentrate, experiencing delirium and delusions, and highly related to annoying effects in dreaming, not realizing that something is weird or strange when it should be obvious (your entire family tree, including all the dead ones walking by and telling you hello, and you know they are dead and who they are, but you still don't realize you are dreaming or anything is different than usual). Most of these effects are, unless taken in massive doses, usually imperceptible when you are awake (unless of course they pretty much knock you out), but when it comes to dreaming, it just meshes with the already delirium-like state your mind happens to be in while dreaming. Basically it is doing the opposite of the very effect you desire to achieve by combining galantamine and choline. Valerian root or some other more natural sedative will probably be of better help. Although, that isn't to say you couldn't get positive results with this, that's what experimentation is for after all. I'm just giving you a forewarning to possibly keep you from either wasting time or being surprised by negative results. The chemistry just happens to be working against each other in this case.
